Information & Use
We use contact details, order information and support messages for fulfillment, support, security and legal obligations, retaining them as reasonably necessary for those purposes.
Service Providers
Our website is hosted using ChatGPT Sites. Our contact form is hosted by Google Forms; information submitted through it is processed under Google’s Privacy Policy. Hosting, email, Payhip and payment providers process relevant data under their own policies. Payhip handles checkout and digital delivery; payment providers process payment details. We do not directly collect complete payment-card numbers. Payhip privacy notice.
Cookies & Communications
Hosting and checkout providers may process technical information and use cookies or similar technologies. Optional analytics runs only after you choose Allow analytics. We do not enable advertising tracking. We do not automatically subscribe buyers to marketing emails. There are currently no paid affiliate links on this website.
Optional Analytics
If you choose Allow analytics, we use PostHog to understand page visits, interest in our planners and outbound-link clicks, including whether a visit came from Pinterest. We do not send form contents, customer names, email addresses or payment details, or enable session replay. An outbound click does not tell us whether you purchased elsewhere.
Our cookieless configuration does not store an analytics identifier in your browser. PostHog nevertheless processes your IP address, browser information and site hostname to create a daily-changing identifier; cookieless does not mean no personal-data processing. We have enabled PostHog’s option to discard stored client IP addresses.
Analytics data is processed in the United States. Our current free plan retains event data for one year and does not offer a shorter retention setting. PostHog privacy notice.
Choose No thanks to keep optional analytics off. You can change your choice through Analytics settings in the footer. Withdrawal stops future collection but does not automatically delete earlier data. We remember only your choice and its expiry in this browser’s local storage for up to 180 days, not a tracking identifier. Expired entries are discarded on your next visit. Clearing storage or changing browsers may require a new choice. For questions or requests, use Contact Us.
Privacy Requests
For privacy requests, use our Contact Us page. Do not send payment-card details or unnecessary sensitive information.
Policy Updates
We may update these policies at any time, prospectively from posting or a stated later date, with any legally required notice or consent. Updates do not retroactively change completed purchase terms without a lawful basis.
