We Were JUST Outside! | Funny Illustrated Puppy Story + Bonus Reflection Pages (Digital PDF)
Twenty minutes outside. One puddle inside. Sound familiar?
Meet Maya, a busy professional juggling work shifts and a packed schedule, and Biscuit, her curious Frenchie who apparently missed the memo about bathroom breaks.
In We Were JUST Outside!, their very relatable week unfolds across six funny, illustrated fictional scenes. Between mystery puddles, distracting leaves, and plans that don’t always go as planned, Maya discovers a kinder way to look at setbacks, find a workable rhythm, and appreciate the tiny wins.
It’s a warm, witty short read for puppy parents who have ever looked at their four-legged bestie and thought, “We were JUST outside!”
