Know the boundaries

An organizer, not a clinical tool. It does not diagnose, recommend treatment or doses, verify medical accuracy, import records or send automatic reminders. Recorded actions are not verified treatment completion.

Digital files only. Microsoft Excel and a PDF reader that saves form fields are required for those formats; software is not included. Files do not sync. Review the included formats before purchasing.
